Welcome to my website and portfolio. I am a freelance journalist from the UK, who specialises in topics related to the built environment, urban design and climate change adaptation. I’m interested in how people are making towns and cities more liveable, and preparing them for a warmer and more humid future. While this is my specialist area, I’ve also covered everything from finance to travel to food and beyond.

I got my first article published in a business magazine in 2014, and have since gone on to write for a wide range of newspapers, consumer magazines, trade publications and specialist websites, including the BBC, the Independent, E&T, Londonist and many, many more!
